  • Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

    We are a professional factory, and we have our own export team.

  • Q: Can you help me make our own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

    Sure. We have a professional sampling department to make samples according to your requirements. We will make physical samples for you.

    The sample time is approximately 7-10 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product.

  • Q: What's your delivery time and payment terms?

    Customized design order production lead time is 60-80days. Payment term: 30% deposit + 70% T/T after delivery against a copy of the bill of lading.

  • Q: What is your minimum order quantity? What if we can't reach your MOQ?

    Our MOQ is 500 units per item. For some small or simple items, the MOQ is 1,000–2,000 units. If you can't meet the MOQ for a single item, we can discuss a lower quantity when you order multiple items at the same time.

  • Q: How about your quality guarantee?

    Quality is our priority. We strictly control quality from raw materials to finished products. We offer a 6–12 month warranty on all tool bags. If any manufacturing defects are found, we will handle the issue promptly and replace the defective tool bags.
